My name is Hilary Tetu and I live with my husband, Brad, our three sons, Ben, Owen and Lucas, and our dog, Lucy, in Southwestern New Hampshire. I am the owner of a real estate investing company, Village View Investments LLC. My husband and I have been buying, rehabbing and either renting or selling real estate for about 3 years. We are still in the beginning stages of growing our business and I have decided to use this blog as a way to share our journey.
Apart from real estate investing, we are always in the middle of a construction project on our 1837 Cape-style home. I enjoy cooking, reading, interior design and lots and lots of coffee! I hope you will enjoy following along with my life as a real estate investor, land-lady, mother and wife!
